Got a rental at LAX at the last minute. The customer service was some of the best I've ever received. Eddy P went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied after I ran into an issue with the car wiper system. Come to find out it wasn't broken just had froze up in the mountains in Colorado. I will be a customer for life. Great job!!
there was a incorrect quote plus an added fuel service charge on my car rental. all it took was a quick call to jessenia at customer service and my rates were adjusted CORRECTLY for the sporty car and the fuel service charge removed. quick, painless and short wait times for a live agent.

Smoothest check in and check out. They didn't have the type of car I had booked so I got an upgrade (I was worried about parking a big suv in a new city, but it worked out). The return was smooth too.
I rent from National nearly every week and their process is fast & efficient. I like being able to choose my own vehicle based on my needs for the week and being able to easily drop it off and go with electronic receipt follow-up in email. The cars are always clean, fresh and new. Other than having office only at the airports and train stations and not in local offices like some of the competition I have always been happy with National.
I rent a vehicle about 10 times a year. National is always quick, polite, and has always provided excellent service. The National App is easy to use and make changes. I do all my rentals from the app now.
Having my rental account tied to my Hilton Honors is fantastic as well.

Incredibly proficient. I didn't get her name but she got cars to four customers in less than five minutes, including changing my credit card on my reservation. Hands down the best I've seen and I've been elite status for years. My rental was a brand new full size Ram and it was clean inside and out. Thanks! Since it was Rochester in December and their car pickup is in an outdoor parking garage, speed is appreciated.
